Ownership of your content

You retain full ownership of any document you upload to DeliverPage. We don’t claim any rights to your content beyond what’s needed to host, store, and deliver it as part of the service — for example, rendering it in a viewer and applying a watermark.

Ownership of the platform

DeliverPage’s software, design, and branding are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to the platform itself beyond your right to use it under our Terms of Service.

We don’t verify ownership claims — you bear that responsibility

DeliverPage does not review, investigate, or verify any user’s claim of ownership or rights to the content they upload. When you upload a document, you are representing — solely on your own authority — that you own it or otherwise hold all rights necessary to share it through our service. We assume no responsibility or liability for the ownership, authorship, or intellectual property status of any content beyond what the uploading user has claimed.

If your content turns out to infringe a third party’s rights, or your representation about your rights to it was inaccurate, you — not DeliverPage — bear responsibility for that outcome. As set out in our Terms of Service, you agree to indemnify and hold DeliverPage harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such content or from any dispute over its ownership or rights status.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a document shared through DeliverPage infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email [email protected] with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• The specific DeliverPage link where the material appears
• Your contact information and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized

We’ll review valid reports and remove or disable access to the reported content where appropriate. Acting on a report is a courtesy and a risk-management step on our part — it is not an admission that we independently verified, endorsed, or are responsible for the reported content’s ownership or rights status.
