Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026.
By creating a DeliverPage account, uploading or sharing a document through DeliverPage, or viewing a document shared through DeliverPage, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except to the extent caused by our own gross negligence. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Content you upload — your sole responsibility
You may only upload and share content you own, or for which you hold all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to upload, store, share, and have DeliverPage process as described in these terms. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for any consequences of sharing it.
DeliverPage does not review, verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or rights status of any content uploaded by users. We rely entirely on your representations. You agree not to use DeliverPage to upload or share content that:
- infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party;
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law or regulation;
- contains malware or anything else designed to disrupt or damage a system; or
- you do not have the right to distribute, whether under contract, law, or otherwise.
You also agree not to attempt to bypass a shared link’s access controls (password, email verification, or NDA gate) other than as its intended, authorized recipient.
Service provided “as is” — no warranties
DeliverPage is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that access controls, watermarking, or any other protective feature will prevent unauthorized access, copying, or redistribution of a document by a party who has already been granted access to it. We are an early-stage product under active development and do not currently commit to a specific uptime target.
Payments
DeliverPage is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will provide notice before any change that affects your account. Any credit card or other payment information will be collected and processed exclusively by a third-party, PCI DSS–compliant payment processor (such as Stripe). DeliverPage does not directly collect, transmit, or store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- DeliverPage, its owners, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.
- This includes, without limitation, any claim arising from unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or loss of your content or account data; from a document being viewed, copied, forwarded, screenshotted, or otherwise redistributed by a party after that party was granted access to it; or from any interruption or unavailability of the service.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service, however caused, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in such cases our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeliverPage, its owners, and its personnel from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) content you upload, share, or distribute through DeliverPage; (b) any claim that such content, or your rights to share it, infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other right; (c) your breach of these terms or of any representation or warranty you make under them; or (d) your use or misuse of the service. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with that defense.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, including the content and acceptable-use provisions above, or if continued access could expose us to legal risk. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including content responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
General
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. outages at our hosting or infrastructure providers, natural disasters, acts of government).
- Severability: if any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright and IP Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DeliverPage regarding the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
